Lesson 1– Never pack more than you need.  What is not needed is clutter which will slow down your progress and not add value to your journey.

Lesson 2 – Walk your own Camino.  If you try to keep pace with someone else you will not be happy.  This is your time for discovery.  Keep your pace; let your Camino friend go on his way.  Buen Camino.

Lesson 4 – Don’t forget to turn around and look where you have been.  It is a totally different view.  Be proud of how far you have come.  Turn back around and be humble for you have many more new miles to cover.

Lesson 5 – You must have faith to walk the Camino.  Each day you are tested ;where you’re going, where you are eating and sleeping and on how to deal with the changeable weather.   There are signs that guide your way, in faith you follow them.  Along the way the signs may become far and few between.   You begin to doubt, am I on the “way”, your steps become uncertain.  Just before you think all is lost, you raise you head and open your eyes and there it is …..
